Reading Together suggestions
- Read a story to your child and ask questions about what has been read.
- Play and read on reading eggs.
- Read a book and answer the questions on Bug Club. (You will be texted a login and password, if you finish the books set please email your teacher and they can set more.)
- Recap the Phase 2 and 3 Sound Cards.
- If you would like to move on to Phase 4 and Phase 5 Sound Cards.
- You can download the sound cards from any Weekly Learning Home Page. Click on 'choose another subject' below.
- Recap the phase 2, 3 and 4 Common Exception Words. Make sure your child can recognise them, read them in a sentence and write them.
- If your child knows all these, try the Phase 5 Common Exception Words.
