School policies and procedures cover every aspect of school life at Knowle Park. They are concerned with key processes within school and are about interactions between school, pupils, parents and community. Policies address the practical implications of how to achieve our school's aims and ethos. They are important in ensuring highly effective teaching, learning and safety in our school; they are intended to guide the work of the Head Teacher and the staff to provide a framework for the smooth running of our school, based on a shared understanding of the school's strategic plan and vision.
Our school policies and procedures are all reviewed on a regular basis. The frequency varies depending on the policy; there is no requirement for all policies to be reviewed annually. The level of approval also varies; not all policies need to be signed off by the full governing body.
Knowle Park was last inspected in 2019. We were rated 'Good'.
