 Meal and Snack

Children should bring in a drink of water each day. This is available for your child at times throughout the day. They can bring a sugar free drink to have during their lunchtime.

They can also eat a snack at morning break (in KS1 fruit is provided). This can be a piece of fruit or veg. - No other snack is allowed.

Fruit can be bought from our fruit tuck shop for 20p per piece of fruit.

School meals cost £2.70. A paper menu is available from the school office . Schools meals need to be paid for via ParentPay.

Children can bring packed lunches from home. These should not include fizzy or sugary drinks, chocolate and sweets. If children do bring these food items into school they will not be allowed to have them.

We are a nut free school. Please make sure that children do not bring in items containing nuts. This helps to keep all of our children safe.

Payments

As you may be aware, all children in Reception and Key Stage 1 (Year 1 and Year 2) are entitled to a Universal Infant Free School Meal (UIFSM).

To find out the cost of a school dinner for Key Stage 2 children (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6) , please ask a the office.

Thank you.

Free school meals and the pupil premium

The most common reason a pupil receives Pupil Premium funding at our school is because a parent is registered as receiving a benefit that entitles them to free school meals. This is not the same as receiving a free school meal because your child is in Reception or Key Stage 1 and therefore entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meal (UIFSM).

To find out more information on whether your child can get free school meals, how to apply, and understand how to get extra funding for the school, please click on the following link:
